The Story

Fiesta e Festa exists because the best events deserve a bar program built with the same care as everything else in the room. I spent years behind some of New York's most talked-about cocktail bars, and founded FeF to bring that level of craft to weddings, private dinners, and corporate events. Every program is built around the client: custom cocktail menus, dedicated stations from espresso martini to aperitivo, and a team trained to run a room quietly and well. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing feels improvised. The goal is simple: every drink should feel like the best one you've ever had at an event, and every detail behind it should be handled before you even think to ask.
