The Chef
The Story
I trained in some of New York's toughest fine-dining kitchens, cooking under Gray Kunz at Lespinasse, David Bouley, and Charlie Palmer at Aureole, after starting my career at March under Wayne Nish. That grounding shaped how I run a kitchen today: precise, disciplined, and driven by seasonality. Since around 2014, I've worked as a private chef and household culinary director for ultra-high-net-worth families across New York City, the Hamptons, and Martha's Vineyard, handling everything from nightly family meals to formal dinner parties and multi-day guest programming. My cooking draws on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian traditions, adapted for health-conscious and kosher households. Guests can expect thoughtfully sourced, restaurant-caliber meals delivered with the calm, seamless service a private home demands.
