Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs content and conduct on the HELM Platform and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Be lawful and respectful
Do not use the Platform to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination.
- Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your identity, qualifications, or licenses.
- Posting content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights.
- Sharing others’ personal information without consent.
- Circumventing HELM to avoid fees, or soliciting off-platform payment to evade Platform protections.
- Spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to breach security.
3. User-generated content standards
Chef bios, photos, reviews, and messages must be accurate, respectful, and lawful. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Photos must be ones you have the right to use and must not contain unsafe or inappropriate content.
4. Enforcement
HELM may moderate, remove, redact, or refuse content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. Reviews are subject to moderation before publication; messages may be redacted by HELM for safety, with an audit record retained. Signed-in users can report chef profiles from the profile page. Reports enter a documented administrator review queue, and chef biography/photo publication requires a reviewer-stamped administrator action.
5. Reporting
To report a violation, contact hello@itshelm.com.
