The Story

After growing up in restaurants and catering my entire pre-adult life, the journey continued on my own throughout high school, college, and as an adult in New York City. I've worked in almost every level of the service industry from dive bars to New York's hottest nightclubs and premier cocktail bars to catering $10 million weddings and private-homes. My ability to connect with and understand an extremely diverse set of clientele from hometown hillbillies to billionaire boys matched with a skillset that can execute at every level, has proven to be a successful and rewarding recipe for both me and my clients.
