The Story

I bring 12 years of experience in fine dining, including six years working under Daniel Boulud, where I honed my French culinary techniques and developed a rigorous approach to precision, seasonality, and execution. Prior to that, I served as an Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, building a foundation in five-star hospitality and elevated culinary standards. Today I bring that background to private estates and yachts, currently running food and beverage for a UHNW family across their Estate and vessel. I specialize in pescatarian, gluten-free, and mediterranean menus with macronutrient tracking, sourcing seasonal, local ingredients wherever my clients travel. Guests can expect refined french-rooted cooking, meticulous provisioning, and the same discretion and polish I honed in five-star kitchens.
