Joshua LegrandPrivate Chef in San Francisco, CA

The Chef
The Story
I've spent more than a decade in some of the country's most respected kitchens, most recently leading teams at the highest level of fine dining in San Francisco. Today I cook privately, for small tables at home. My approach is simple. I start with what's best that week, build a menu around it, and let the ingredients lead. The cooking is precise but never fussy, and the evening is paced so you can enjoy your guests. You host, and I make sure the food is worth the occasion.
