The Chef

The Story

Dylan Leary is a chef, farmer, and food systems professional whose career has been shaped by a simple belief: the best food begins with an understanding of where it comes from. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Dylan’s experience spans professional kitchens, regenerative agriculture, private dining, and farm-to-table hospitality. His culinary perspective was shaped early through experiences including Apricot Lane Farms in California and Michelin-starred Chapter One in Dublin, along with years spent building relationships with farmers, fishermen, and food producers. He later co-founded Love Farms on Cape Cod, helping develop a working farm and restaurant concept that brought agriculture, sourcing, cooking, and hospitality together in one place. As a private chef, Dylan’s cooking is ingredient-driven, seasonal, and rooted in simplicity. Rather than overcomplicating exceptional ingredients, he focuses on sourcing them well and using thoughtful technique to let them speak for themselves. Now based in Southwest Florida, Dylan brings that same approach to private dining: thoughtful sourcing, warm hospitality, and food that feels connected to the place and season in which it is served.
