The Story

I am a professional chef with 20+ years of culinary experience. I have worked in various outlets in the industry from small mom and pop cafes to nine hundred room, 5 star resorts. I have a love for Italian/Latin cooking with big, bold flavors and a rustic presentation. Three years ago I started my own cooking company, Cozey. I focus on local ingredients and scratch cooking hosting private dinners pop ups, catering and meal prep.
